West Dorset, Weymouth & Portland Joint Local Plan Further Main Modification Consultation
West Dorset and Weymouth & Portland Borough Councils are recommending a further Main Modification to the Local Plan following the conclusion of the Local Plan Examination Hearing Sessions in December 2014.
The further Main Modification relates to Chapter 14 Beaminster and the supporting text to policy BEAM1 - Land to the North of Broadwindsor Road. This Main Modification was omitted in error from the modifications schedule which was subject to consultation between February and April 2015.
Comments are invited on the further Main Modification only. The consultation responses will be sent to Mr Paul Crysell, the Planning Inspector appointed to conduct the examination of the joint West Dorset, Weymouth & Portland Local Plan. The Inspector will consider these responses before issuing his final report.
