Application to vary a premises licence

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that TCC Taverns Limited in respect of premises known as Rendezvous, 49 St Thomas Street, Weymouth, DT4 8AW has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to extend the premises licence to include the area of Custom House Quay from Town Bridge to Lower St Mary Street to include road closure and from Rendezvous/Royal Oak building to harbour wall detailed on the plan submitted with the application. (The extended area will only be used when a road closure is in operation between the hours of 9.00am and 11.00pm), Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Services, Weymouth & Portland Borough Council, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, DT4 8TA no later than 7 April 2015 stating the grounds for objection. The reg­ister of Weymouth and Portland Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, giver above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www. weymouth .gov.uk it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
