NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that The Brewery Square Development Company Limited has applied to West Dorset District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as 4 Dray Horse Yard, Brewery Square, Dorchester, DT1 1GS.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:

The provision of the sale of alco­hol by retail and regulated entertain­ment (plays, films and recorded music) between the hours of 10:00 until 23:00 hours daily Monday to Sunday. The provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 hours until 23:30 daily Monday to Sunday. The opening hours of the premises 08:00 to 23:30 daily Monday to Sunday and NewYear's Eve (see application for full details).

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Business Licensing, West
Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, DT1 1UZ no later than 13th April 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of West Dorset District Council and the record of the application maybe inspected at the address of the coun­cil, given above, during normal busi­ness hours or on the council's web-site -http://www.dorsetforyou.com.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
