JOAN SELINA DEIGHTON DECEASED

Notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925

Any Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Joan Selina Deighton deceased of Avon Lea Nursing Home 66 Dorchester Road Weymouth DT4 7JZ who died on the 27^th November 2014 is required to send particulars thereof to Mustoe Shorter & Solicitors & Advocates of 7 - 8 Frederick Place Weymouth Dorset DT4 8HQ no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects to the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
