LOCAL GOVERNMENT (MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS) ACT 1976
PART II SECTION 53(2) AND 70 FEES FOR HACKNEY CARRIAGE AND PRIVATE HIRE LICENCES
West Dorset District Council is proposing to set the following fees for the issue of licences for Hackney
Carriage Vehicles and Drivers and Private Hire Operators, Vehicles and Drivers within its District:-

Vehicle Transfer    £30.45    £31.20

Replacement Plate    £15.75    No change
Replacement Platform    £7.85    No change
Replacement Driver Badge    £11.00    No change
*Subject to charges dictated by CRB and DVLA
If anyone wishes to object to these proposed fees, then he or she should give notice, in writing, providing their name and address, to the undersigned, not later than 27^th March 2015. If no objections are received, or if any received are withdrawn, the above fees will come into operation 1^st April 2015 or on the date of withdrawal of the last objection. If there are objections, which are not withdrawn, the District Council will consider these and bring into operation a table of fees at a later date.
