Variation of a Premises Licence
Notice is given that the IL Porto Restaurant has applied to Weymouth & Portland Borough Council Licensing Authority for a variation of a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as: IL Porto Restaurant, Brewers Quay Weymouth DT4 8TR. The proposed licensable activities are: Creating a Micro Brewery in unit 3 extending the licence area from IL Porto next door and keeping the same trading hours.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Business Licensing, Council Offices, North Quay, Weymouth, Dorset DT4 8TA, Representations must be received no later than 13/03/2015. The application record and register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000)
