NOTICE IS GIVEN that Rasim Akdemir has applied to West Dorset District Council for a new premises licence in respect of lstanbul Kebab Shop, 30a Trinity Street, Dorchester for the provision of late night refreshment generally between the hours of 2300 hours-2359 hours, Sunday to Thursday and 2300 hours to 0400 hours Friday to Saturday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence under Section158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level5 on the standard scale (£5000).
