The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or on https://www.dorsetforyou.com/406629. It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000)
