Application for new Premises Licence Licensing Act 2003
Thomas Michael Amery-Mathews has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situate at; Brace of Butchers, Unit 1 Kingspoint House, 5 Queen Mother Square, Poundbury, Dorset, DT1 3BW and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, and/or any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description) Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council, Stratton House, 58/60 High West Street, Dorchester, DT1 1UZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representation in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 14th October 2015 and 10th November 2015. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is lever 5 of the standard scale (£5,000, January 2005)_
