Notice is given that Morrish & Banham Ltd have applied to West Dorset District Council for a variation of the premises licence in respect of Morrish & Banham, 1 Pope Street, Brewery Square, Dorchester, DT1 1GW for the provision of alcohol generally between the hours of 0900-2300 hours Monday to Sunday. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, The Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ within 28 days from the date of this notice. The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine forwhich a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
