Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Vincent Easby deceased of 567 Dorchester Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT3 5BT who died on the 15th March 2016 is required to send particulars there of to Jordan Easby of 2 Taverner Place, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 8BH no later than two months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute theEstatehaving regardonlytovalidclaims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
