Licensing Act 2003
J & L RETAIL LTD has applied to West Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17* of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Formerly known as 'Olds Garage', Bramdon Lane, Portesham, Dorset. DT3 4HG and propose to carry on the following activities:- Sale of Alcohol, and anyplaying ofrecorded music.
Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ or on www.dorsetforyou.com
Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 10th May 2016-7th June 2016.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklesslymakeafalsestatement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
