Castletown Regeneration Project
Notice is hereby given that Mr Derek Luckhurst has applied
to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake the placement of artefacts to create an Underwater Curiosity Park in Portland Harbour. Plans showing the position ofthe works may be inspected at Agincare House, Admiralty Buildings, Castletown, Portland, Dorset,DT5 IBB Copiesoftheapplication and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public
Register atwww.gov.uk/ check-marine-licence-register. Representations or objections in respectoftheapplication should
