Notice pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925. Any person having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Eileen Madeleine Smith deceased of 30 Jestys Avenue, Weymouth, Dorset who died on the 11th October 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to Mustoe Shorter Solicitors & Advocates of 7-8 Frederick Place, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8HQ no later than 2 months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
