Licensing Act 2003 Anyavee Winter
Anyavee Winter has applied to Weymouth and Portland Borough Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at;
Chortong Thai Cuisine Restaurant 55 St Mary Street, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8PP
and propose to carry on the following activities:-Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 12:00 and 23:00, playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description) between the hours of 12.00 and 23:00; and a performance of dance (or entertainment of a similar description) between the hours of 12:00 & 23:00. Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted by Wednesday 16 December 2015. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
