Mr Dewi Lambert and Mr John Kellas have applied to West Dorset District council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Aroma Bridport, 31 East Street, Bridport, Dorset and propose to carry on the following activities: Sale of Alcohol between the hours of 8am and 1am. Applications are available for public inspection at Licensing Section, West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, DORCHESTER, DT1 1UZ Or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 17th November and the 17th of December 2015. It is an offence to knowingly or recklesslymake a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
