APPLICATION FOR HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES CONSENT TO STORE MARINE DIESEL AND MARINE FUEL OIL IN THE UNDERGROUND STORAGE
TANKS LOCATED AT EAST WEARE BATTERIES IN
PORTLAND PORT.
Notice is hereby given that Portland Bunkers UK Ltd. will be applying on 15th November 2015 to the Weymouth & Portland Borough Council under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990 - Section 7(1), the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 1992 (Regulation 5) and the Control of Major Accident Hazards (COMAH) Regulations 1999 for hazardous substances consent to store up to 18000 MT of Marine Diesel and 18000 MT of Marine Fuel Oil in the underground storage tanks located at East Weare Batteries in Portland Port.
Plans and supporting documentation will be available for public | inspection at the Portland Centre, 74 Fortuneswell, Portland.
