Licensing Act 2003
Eric Tavernier has applied to Weymouth Borough Council for a premises License under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the premises known as Floods and situated at 19 Custom House Quay, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 8BG and propose to carry on the following activities:-
- Sale of alcohol
- Playing of recorded music
Applications are available for public inspection at Weymouth & Portland Borough Council North Quay, Weymouth,
Dorset DT4 8TA

Responsible authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 12 October 2015 and 9 November 2015.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offense is level 5 of the standard scale (5,000 pounds, January 2005)._
