NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 27 of The Trustee Act 1925 that any person having a claim against or interest in the estate of Alfred George Hockley Vallard, fo rmerly of Primrose Lodge Dorchester Road Weymouth, and 35 Lynch Road Weymouth DT4 0SJ, who died on the 11th day of March 2015 and whose will appointed John Sidney Edwards & Irene Frances Edwards of 103 Louviers Road Weymouth Dorset DT3 6AY to be the executors thereof are required to send particulars in writing of their claim to the executors by the 1st December 2015 after which date the executors will distribute the estate among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have then had notice.
