Notice of application for the grant of a Premises under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that The Dorset Wine Company Ltd has applied to West Dorset District Council for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as and situated at Unit 2, Strathmore House, Queen Mother Square, Poundbury, DT1 3DX. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: the Sale of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Saturday 09.00 to 22.30hrs and Sunday 10.00 to 16.00 hrs and the playing of recorded music 09.00 to 19.00 hrs Monday to Saturday
and10.00to16.00hrsSunday.
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing to West Dorset District Council, Licensing Office, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ no later than 24^th August 2015 stating the grounds for representation.
Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council, Licensing Office, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset, DT1 1UZ during normal business hours or on the council website - www.dorsetforyou.com It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000. 27^th July 2015
