Rosamond Twinn Deceased
Notice Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925
Any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Rosamond Twinn deceased of Castle View, Bridport Road, Poundbury, Dorchester DTl 2NH who died on 3 June 2015 is required to send particulars thereof to S J Twinn of 45 Herrison House, Hawthorn Road, Charlton Down, Dorchester, DT2 9XA no later than 2 months from the date of publication of this notice after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the Estate having regard only to valid claims and interests of which he has had notice and will not, as respects the property so distributed be liable to any person of whose claim he shall not then have had notice.
