PROPOSED VARIATION:
Variation of current permitted hours for the sale of alcohol from Midnight to 11.59pm Monday to Sunday. All representations regarding this application must be made in writing to the relevant licensing authority at the above address and shall be available for public inspection.
The date by which interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the relevant licensing authority is 28th May 2015. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale (£5,000).
