A PUBLIC NOTICE FOR THE PURPOSES OF SECTION 121(2) OF THE CHARITIES ACT 2011 FOR SALE OF PROPERTY

Livability (a charitable company with charity registration number 1116530 and company registration number 5967087) (the Charity) gives notice that the Charity proposes to sell:

3 Holland Road, Weymouth, Dorset, DT4 OAL, a freehold property, as shown in the photograph at the bottom of this notice; which is owned by the Charity.

The Trustees of the Charity are to market the property for sale by private treaty.
