A free weekend of talks themed around Lawrence of Arabia is taking place in Dorset.
Members of the TE Lawrence society Dorset Group will give a host of talks on Lawrence to mark the anniversary of his death.
The event will take place at the Lawrence of Arabia Hotel on the Esplanade in Weymouth on Saturday, May 18 and Sunday, May 19 from 1pm.
Talks are open for members of the public who want to find out more about Lawrence, his connection to Dorset and his circle of friends.
All talks are free for anyone interested, and includes refreshments of tea, coffee and biscuits.
T.E. Lawrence - also known as Lawrence of Arabia, became famous for his contributions to the Arab Revolt, after which Lawrence came to live a quiet life in Dorset, where he lived until his death on May, 19 1935.
Donations towards the society and RNLI Weymouth will be appreciated.
