A WOMAN tried to start a fight after being kicked out of a pub a court heard.
Nariah Cary, 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and a charge of being drunk and disorderly in a public place.
Nicola Reece, prosecuting, told Weymouth Magistrates Court that on Sunday, April 7, Cary was ejected from Finns on Westham Road, Weymouth, because she is banned from the venue.
Ms Reece said: “She then tried going in through the side door and tried to start a fight with a member of public and was verbally abusive to staff.
“She was then detained by a security officer when police arrived.”
It was said that at the time Cary, of Walpole Street, Weymouth was 'quite upset and intoxicated'.
Ms Reece added: “Cary suggested that she has a drink problem but is a great mother.”
Representing herself, Cary said: “I don’t really remember it all. I was in a pub, then got out and something went off outside the taxi rank.”
The bouncer restrained Cary until police arrived, the court heard.
Cary said: “I don’t like being held. I have PTSD and that set me off. Then after that it all kicked off and I got arrested.”
Magistrates issued Cary with a £120 fine, a £48 surcharge and prosecution charges of £40.
