BALTI Sports will have to be at their best to earn a result at Merley, according to boss Marco Nott.

Balti travel to the former Jewson Dorset Premier League champions tomorrow (3pm), coming off the back of their first clean sheet for four months.

While they only drew 0-0 with Poole Borough last time out, the result bucked a trend of conceding 20 goals in five games.

Speaking to Echosport, Nott said: “Since we’ve been in the DPL they’re probably one of the top two, three teams.

“I quite like going there, it’s a nice pitch and they’re a good bunch of lads. I’ve got a lot of respect for Groover (Matt Grover) and what he’s done in football.

“It will be good to challenge ourselves. We got a clean sheet last week, which is something to build on.

“Hopefully we can go there, do ourselves proud and put in a good performance. If we can perform to our best in any game we’ve got a chance of getting something out of it.”

Taylor Brown is in contention but Matt Brisco is out.
