DORCHESTER Town have announced Harry Hodges as their eighth summer signing.
Hodges, son of assistant-boss Kevin, played just a handful of games for the Magpies before Covid-19 cut last season short.
His versatility in defence or midfield will be of particular use to Dorchester and manager Robbie Herrera is delighted to have secured his services.
He told the club’s official website: “Harry’s got a good understanding and knowledge of the game.
“He’s no frills, but he can get on the ball and passes out really well from the back.
“We will be looking to help improve his attacking play as well, culminating in more balls in the box and maybe with popping up at the back post now and again when the balls are coming in from the opposite side.

“He will also give us a little bit of strength in the back four.”
Hodges joins Sam Bayston, Oakley Hanger, Billy Lowes, Tom Purrington, Tiago Sa, Charlie Madden and Ashley Wells in signing.
