PRINCE Charles will be visiting Poundbury on Friday to mark the 20th anniversary of his model development.
The Prince of Wales will visit an exhibition to mark the anniversary and unveil a plaque to officially open a specialist supported housing scheme on his trip to Dorchester’s urban extension.
The visit will start with a reception at Brownsword Hall and the Prince will then take invited guests on a tour of the development.
He will then head to the Buttercross to view an exhibition documenting the tale of the development over the last two decades and join local residents at a reception to celebrate the anniversary.
His third engagement will be a visit to Cambridge Court, a block of seven self-contained flats for adults with learning disabilities, where he will meet partners from the East Boro Housing Trust.
Prince Charles will tour the building before unveiling a special plaque to mark the official opening.
