ARTS venues in West Dorset have teamed up to offer reciprocal benefits to members.
From September members and friends of Dorchester Arts, The Marine Theatre in Lyme Regis and Bridport Arts Centre will be able to enjoy discounts at the other two venues.
As well as reductions on ticket prices for performances and events, the Marine Theatre will also be offering a ten per cent discount on drinks in its newly refurbished bar.
Artistic director at Dorchester Arts Mark Tattersall, said: “We value our members enormously and know that our partner venues in West Dorset feel the same.
“We hope this scheme will encourage existing members to visit partner venues more often and attract other arts lovers to join their local venue now that the benefits are so generous and far-reaching.”
The scheme is part of a wider collaborative effort between the venues, which has also seen touring performers visit two or three of the venues on consecutive dates as well as sharing of ideas and information.
