An air ambulance has landed on Weymouth Beach to deal with a 'medical emergency.'
The helicopter landed on the beach today (Wednesday, March 6), in order to allow the medics access to a medical incident 'just up the road.'
A spokesperson for the Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance said: "We are dealing with a medical emergency just up the road.
It is understood that the air ambulance landed on the beach at around 11.30am and left at around 12.15pm.
