A WOMAN has been found dead at an address in Poole.
Firefighters from Westbourne were called to help the ambulance service with gaining entrance into the property.
Once inside, a woman in her 20s was found unresponsive and was pronounced dead.
A spokesperson for the Southwestern Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT) said: "We were called at midday on Friday, February 2, to an incident on Ashley Road, Poole.
“We sent a double-crewed land ambulance and an operations officer."
“At 1.14pm on Friday 2 February 2024, we received a report from the ambulance service that a woman had been found unresponsive at an address in Ashley Road in Poole.
“Officers attended the address. Very sadly, the woman - aged in her 20s - was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Her death is currently being treated as non-suspicious. The coroner has been notified.
“Our thoughts are with the woman's family and friends at this extremely difficult time.”
