A Meet the Author event is being held at Dorchester Library on Saturday, February 18 from 11am to 12 noon.
Dorset poet, song and story writer Jim Potts will share his experiences as a representative of Britain in countries both friendly and hostile – and will read some of his poems in his 'Facing Off the Thought Police' talk.
Jim is the author of many books including poetry collection Words on the Table and short story collection This Spinning World.
He is also co-editor of Dorset Voices, A Collection of new prose, poetry and photographs.
