NEW homes could be created at a property in Maiden Newton Road, Cattistock – by converting a dilapidated existing building and building three mews style homes.
The application for Cattistock Lodge will be decided by Dorset Council with public comments open until January 21.
It asks for the conversion of the existing stone, flint and brick building into seven homes with three additional mews homes.
The application also asks to increase parking on the site from 10 to 24 spaces. It says the development, if approved, will give two 2-bed houses; seven 3-bed and one home with four or more bedrooms.
