Wellbeing by the Lakes, billed as Dorset’s largest wellbeing festival, takes place this week at Sculpture by the Lakes at Pallington, near Dorchester.
It is a new three day festival with expert speakers such as wellness guru, Liz Earle and Buddhist monk and author of the book ‘A Monk’s Guide to Happiness’, Gelong Thubten.
There will also be yoga, pilates, meditation and mindfulness sessions, the Tashi Lhunpo monks creating a sand mandala, panel discussions on topics such as gardening for wellbeing and wellbeing in the workplace, food and live music.
Day tickets prices start at £30 per day and the festival runs from tomorrow until Saturday.
