Firefighters tackled a huge blaze on a farm near Dorchester that completely destroyed two tractors and other agricultural vehicles.
Crews from Dorchester, Poole and Weymouth attended the fire at 9.17pm last night (Tuesday, April 30) to a farm in Druce, near Puddletown.
There were three fire engines, backed up by Weymouth's foam tender and Poole's water carrier.
The fire involved two tractors, one diesel bowser and one slurry spreader. All of these were completely destroyed by the fire.
Firefighters extinguished the blaze using four breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet, two main lines and two compressed air foam jets.
The fire crews left the scene at 11.04pm.
Crews will be heading back this morning to carry out an inspection and check for any hot spots.
Updates to follow.
