Firefighters were called to a van on fire on the A354 Weymouth Way.
A crew from Weymouth was called to the scene just after 1.30am this morning.
A spokesman said: "Crews who were quickly on scene extinguished the fire using a hose reel jet.
"The van involved was severely damaged by the fire."
No one is believed to have been injured in the incident.
