Fire crews tackle cars on fire
A CAR has been destroyed and another car badly damaged following a fire in the early hours of this morning in west Dorset.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said the incident has been recorded as arson.
Two fire crews from Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service from Bridport responded to a call at 1.29am this morning reporting a fire in Pitchers in Salway Ash near Bridport.
The fire also damaged a fence and shed. Two breathing apparatus and two hose reel jets were used to extinguish the flames.
Police were called to the scene but no ambulance was required.
