THESE incredible images show the extent of the land movement near Bowleaze Cove.
Huge cracks have appeared in the ground on the coast between Bowleaze and Redcliff Point, east of Weymouth. Land movement in the area has been going on for years but the latest landslip has happened quickly.
Dorset County Council says the section of coast is 'active' with movement of around a metre since last Friday.
These aerial images were taken using a drone by Sarah Moore.
A footpath on the seaward side of the crack has been closed but the South West Coast Path remains open - although this is under review.
Authorities say people visiting the area should be aware of their surroundings and look out for the risks.
