Firefighters attend vehicle fire in Weymouth
A CAR has been left completely damaged as a result of a fire in Weymouth.
The incident took place earlier this morning at around 4.30am in the Overcombe area.
One appliance from Weymouth Fire Station attended the scene. On arrival, crews found the vehicle well alight.
Firefighters wore breathing apparatus and used two hose reel jets to extinguish the fire.
The service said that a car parked next to the vehicle also received slight damage to its front.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
