FIREFIGHTERS were called to a lorry on fire at the Dreadnought Trading Estate in Bridport.
Dorset Fire and Rescue Service were alerted to the incident at 8.22am this morning (Monday) and two crews from Bridport Fire Station were sent to the scene.
Crews arrived within eight minutes of the call being taken and located the fire in the rear brakes of the lorry. The fire was extinguished using one hose reel jet.
The cause of the lorry fire was believed to be accidental due to overheating brakes. There was very minimal damage to the lorry.
