Firefighters battled a car fire and a chimney fire
FIRE crews tackled a car fire and a chimney fire last night in Dorset.
The A37 was closed at Grimstone after the car fire.
One fire crew from Maiden Newton battled the blaze just before 8pm last night on Dorchester Road in Grimstone.
Later, fire crews tackled a chimney fire on Portland.
The crew, from the Isle, used a chimney kit to extinguish the blaze at Channel View road at around 9.30pm last night.
