Two vehicles have crashed along a road in Weymouth which is now partially blocked causing delays.
There is heavy traffic along Dorchester Road in both directions around Fernhill Avenue and the junction with Carlton Road North.
Dorset Police is currently at the scene and no serious injuries have been reported, according to police.
Motorists are being advised to avoid the area and find alternative routes.
A spokesperson for Dorset Police said: "At 3.53pm, Dorset Police received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision in Dorchester Road in Weymouth close to the junction for Carlton Road North.
"Officers are currently in attendance. The road is partially blocked. No serious injuries have been reported."
South Western Ambulance Service has been contacted for more information.
